Salary range: $105,000 - $115,000

ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California.

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents while also supporting the clinical team and day-to-day delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will:
  • Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to behavioral health team members
  • Support day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of services
  • Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and short-term behavioral health support as appropriate
  • Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with vulnerable populations
  • Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services
  • Assist with clinical oversight, staff support, and operational needs
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and program standards in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Support additional behavioral health and program activities as required
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, lead, or management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents
  • Experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, crisis, and/or other vulnerable circumstances
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California
