Position Summary
The Site Manager serves as the on-site lead for the Human Resources/Multiple Personnel Functions (HR/MPF) operation, ensuring all customer service, personnel, identification card, and system management functions are performed in compliance with Air Force and DoD directives. This position oversees the daily workflow, supervises personnel, ensures performance requirements are met, and acts as the primary point of contact for the Government.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all personnel services at the Military Personnel Flight (MPF), including customer service, identification card issuance, personnel records, and program management.
- Supervise Site Security Managers, Super Verifying Officials, and Verifying Officials for DEERS/RAPIDS operations.
- Manage compliance with performance metrics in Tables 1.1 – 1.8 of the contract.
- Monitor quality control processes, prepare and submit Monthly Summary Reports, and address non-conformance issues.
- Coordinate training for unit-level administrators on systems such as SOES, MILPDS, ARMS, PRDA, and CMS.
- Maintain stock levels for ID card supplies, medals, and official documents, ensuring secure handling and accountability.
- Direct Continuity Plan implementation to maintain uninterrupted operations during staff changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in military personnel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of DoDM 1000.13, DAFI 36-3026, MILPDS, DEERS/RAPIDS, and applicable Air Force Instructions.
- Prior Air Force MPF leadership experience.
